You will receive a message with the private smart lock code you will use for the duration of your stay. Enter the code on the keypad, then press the Yale button for one second and release. You will hear a chime and the door is unlocked.

 

To lock the door from the inside, simply turn the dial on the lock to the right.

 

To lock the door from the outside, press and hold the Yale button for 1 second and release. You will hear the lock engage.

To cast video from your device. Select Unit C TV for AirPlay or Unit C Chromecast from your mobile device streaming service.

The remote control for the Heater / Air Conditioner is located on the wall in the bedroom.
First, select the mode (heat or cool).
Then, hit the power button.
Now you can adjust your desired temperature, up or down, then hit OK.

The propane tank is located under the grill. The on / off valve is on top of the tank.
Turn on the propane by turning the valve to the left.
Instructions for starting the grill are located on the front by the knobs.
When you are finished grilling, please turn off the propane by turning the valve to the right.
Grilling utensils and a lighter, if needed, are located in the kitchen cupboard.

Remove the outer cover and lid.
Access the propane tank and turn it on by rotating the valve to the left.
Use the control panel and button to start the fire.
Turn off the fire and close the propane valve when you are finished.
Please do not attempt to put the lid or cover on the fire pit until it has completely cooled.

• First Aid Kit: Located in the bottom drawer in the bathroom.
• Sensors: Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and Minut device (smoke / loud noise detector) are located in the unit

A washer and dryer are available 24 hours, free of charge. The bright, clean laundry room is located in the rustic red building behind the detached garage. See the photo below. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are located on the shelf. Please clean the lint screen, located on the top of the dryer, after each use.

A larger trash can is located outside in back yard.
