Anytime after 3:00pm

 

You will receive a message with the private smart lock code you will use for the duration of your stay. Enter the code on the keypad, then press the Yale button for one second and release. You will hear a chime and the door is unlocked.

 

To lock the door from the inside, simply turn the dial on the lock to the right.

 

To lock the door from the outside, press and hold the Yale button for 1 second and release. You will hear the lock engage.

To cast video from your device. Select Unit B TV for AirPlay or Unit B Chromecast from your mobile device streaming service.

The air conditioner can be controlled manualy on front panel or you can use the white remote.

The heater can can be controled with the thermostat located on the wall near the entrance to the bathroom.

The propane tank is located under the grill. The on / off valve is on top of the tank.
Turn on the propane by turning the valve to the left.
Instructions for starting the grill are located on the front by the knobs.
When you are finished grilling, please turn off the propane by turning the valve to the right.
Grilling utensils and a lighter, if needed, are located in the kitchen cupboard.

• Sensors: Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and Minut device (smoke / loud noise detector) are located in the unit

A washer and dryer are available 24 hours, free of charge. The bright, clean laundry room is located in the rustic red building behind the detached garage. See the photo below. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are located on the shelf. Please clean the lint screen, located on the top of the dryer, after each use.

A larger trash can is located outside under the large carport.
