Parking is located on the West side. There are two parking spots under the carport designated for Unit A. Additional parking is located on either side of the driveway.

• Maximum height is 7 feet under the carport.
• Please allow room for other guests to park in the carport just to the right.

Anytime after 3:00pm

 

You will receive a message with the private smart lock code you will use for the duration of your stay. Enter the code on the keypad, then press the Yale button for one second and release. You will hear a chime and the door is unlocked.

 

To lock the door from the inside, simply turn the dial on the lock to the right.

 

To lock the door from the outside, press and hold the Yale button for 1 second and release. You will hear the lock engage.

Cast: Select "Unit A TV" for AirPlay or "Unit A Chromecast" from your mobile device streaming service.

A remote to control for the Heater / Air Conditioner is located in the livng room and each bedroom. All of the remotes can be set individiauly but all must be on the same mode. For example, all must be on cool or heat to work properly.
First, select the mode (heat or cool).
Then, hit the power button.
Now you can adjust your desired temperature, up or down, then hit OK.

• Fire Extinguisher: Located under the kitchen sink.
• First Aid Kit: Located in the bottom drawer in the bathroom.
• Sensors: Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and Minut device (smoke / loud noise detector) are located in the unit
• Fire, Police, Ambulance: Call 911. The address is 12915 Mountain View Road, Sonora
• Hospital Emergency: Adventist Health Sonora, 1000 Greenley Rd., Sonora, 95370 (0.9 miles)
• Pharmacies: Safeway 1291 Sanguinetti Rd, Sonora (0.3 miles). Rite Aid 855 Mono Way, Sonora (0.7 miles)

• No later than 11:00am
• Turn Off: Lights, Heat / Air, TV
• Close: All windows
• Towels:: Place all used towels in the shower
• Dishes: Leave any dirty dishes in the sink
• Lock: The front door and back sliding door
